Solar Defense Group was founded with a clear purpose, to protect Florida homeowners from unfair solar contracts, deceptive sales tactics, and aggressive enforcement practices. Meet the Attorney

Attorney David Sackman is a Florida licensed attorney and a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association. He is an experienced negotiator and litigator with a strong background in complex legal disputes.

He is a graduate of the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University in Orlando, Florida, a respected private Catholic institution known for academic excellence and advocacy training.

Before founding The Sackman Trial Group in 2014, Mr. Sackman worked for five years at a large injury law firm where he handled significant litigation matters. Prior to that, he represented major corporations while working at a medium sized insurance defense firm. His clients included Publix, Rosen Hotels, Mears Motor Transportation, Goodwill Industries, Universal Studios, and Frontier Communications.
